Created in collaboration with our Danish friends at Gamma Brewing, this IPA is a showcase of the freshest most flavourful Mosaic, Citra, Loral and Galaxy hops we could lay our hands on, with flavours of weed, lemon zest, ripe peach and passionfruit. Enjoy!

Copenhagen 6/11 2023. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Beak's usual white can with a girl stepping on a gizmo splurging red, blue and yellow in all directions.
Pours opaque golden yellow with a midsize, frothy white head. Settles a 3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a mild odor sweet stone fruit soon overpowered with a zesty and aggressive scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft. lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and tart. a bot searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone dry.
Super dry and bitter.
