Our friends at Totopia Brewing in Nagakute are making some of the most flavourful, accomplished hop-forward beers in Japan. Our first collab together is a juicy celebration of the finest Cashmere, Citra and Nelson Sauvin we could lay our hands on for flavours of melon, tangerine and pine, with secondary notes of strawberry and coconut. Believe it!

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, soapy head.
Smell is juicy and a bit floral. Notes of mango, gooseberries, orange juice, lemongrass and peach.
Taste is juicy and a bit spicy with notes of mango, gooseberries, orange juice, lemongrass and peach with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice drinkable NE IPA.
