Riwaka is an opinionated hop, and we let it shout in this IPA with its pungent citrus aroma, and flavours of passionfruit and kumquats. It’s backed up by fellow antipodean hops Ella and Nelson Sauvin for extra complexity of plump lychee and grapefruit pith.

Copenhagen 20/4 2026. 44 cl can from Beershoppe web-shop. White can in Beak's usual simple style with a bearded person with very blue glasses and a very red mouth. Crying without hesitation.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit and oranges mingling with a strong, tart scent of citrus fruit. Dry vibe. Sweet peach and oranges. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone-dry.
No blurred lines here.
