Sampled on 2/5/2020. Give or take a few days.
Not a style I can argue I know well. The type beer for this is probably U Fleku in Prague which 1) I've had a few times and 2) I understand has dabbled in the style for a few (hundred) years. This is on par with U Fleku (not surprising, I understand Petr has some experience there). Hard to find on tap, go to the brewery when it's in season.
