16oz caned 4-9-26, opened 5-25-26.
1.5 finger white head with very good retention. Glowing golden body with good clarity. Good clingy lacing.
Aromas of peach, orange citrus, evergreen, and some doughy malt. Subtle but fresh.
'Green' peach, some tart fruit flavors along with citrus and a high acid component (unripe fruit comparison maybe?).
Light body, bright entry and medium carbonation. Mild bitterness and an off dry finish...refreshing and flavorful at 5.2%.
Very Good.

Poured from a 16oz can by a very helpful server at the Evil Olive in San Antonio Texas
Pale straw to slightly yellow, not much head but some lacing
Citrusey fruits dominate the nose and taste. Bitterness is light but ample body is pretty light and quite drinkable. Feel is a little slick but with a fairly dry finish.
Overall it's very drinkable and would be nice after work on a hot day. Or better yet, during work when I'm in the back yard working on a project. Because beer shouldn't just be limited to the end of the day anymore.
