Larger space located in a suburban strip light industrial building complex. Lots of self parking nearby. Long stainless steel bar, with community tables on one side of the room, with views of the brewing equipment. Other side of the room is dining room, with large window views of the parking lot. Beer selection is weighted to IPAs and fruited kettle sours. Also serves cocktails and wine. Quick moving and cheerful crew. Has a kitchen serving Detroit style pizza and wings. Industrial vibe in a pleasant suburban setting.

Yet another brewery/brewpub tucked into an industrial park. The whole setup screamed amateur attempt. Absolute no attention to detail. No character and no new tale to tell. Beer focused on hazies and the one's that were not were not very good. I believe the kitchen is a couple pizza ovens and a fryer. Did not try the food but $20 for a personal size pizza it better be the best pizza a person has ever had. No wish to come back.

 

 

This is a bit hypothetical, as this brewery is brand new and only open for takeout at the moment, but the space looks like it's going to be very cool. The beer selection is a bit limited now, but I'm sure they're ramping up. The employees all seemed friendly and personable, and they have a good variety of fresh-baked pizzas. I think this place is going to be a big hit.
