Orange colour, clearly cloudy. White foam, not very high (maybe two centimetres), it is persistent, finely bubbled.
Aroma: sweet, malty, yeasty, fruity. The fruity notes are associated with peaches.
Taste similarly sweet, malty and slightly sour.
Saturation high, fitting. Texture smooth, soft. Body full minus. Aftertaste long, sweet malty, fruity.

An amber, copper colored beer with a small layer of foam. Just a little hazy.
Smell of clove and corky. An almost saison-like smell with an estery profile, backed up by a subtle malt base of light dextrines.
Taste is dominated by the yeast character. The cork, clove and some musty tastes are very nice and appear to have some kind of Brett character with a musty and interesting taste. The beer is all bases around the yeast and with that, the malts and hops play an unimportant role. The beer has a low bitterness, the beer is hoppy and leaves a nice earthy and somwhat fruity hop aroma. The mouthfeel is quite thin, but this fits the style.

This beer is one of the four beers the brewer makes in this range. This beer was original made in 2004 for the 'Europees Kampioenschap Bellemannen' held in Ninove. Centuries ago there were no newspapers but the bellman on the street shouted out the news in the streets.
Poured this beer in my Struise glass. The beer has an amber colour. A bit of a gusher when i opened the bottle. Lively beer with an enourmous head and nice strings of carbonation.
Average smell, far away some citrus and yeast. It is not bad but not good either. Taste is soft and actually not bad.
