On tap at Doubleday Cafe in Cooperstown, NY.
This one pours a light amber color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells primarily malty, with a bit of lemony and grapefruity hops.
I didn't expect much out of this, and my expectations were met. It was certainly not bad, but it's mainly malt driven, and feels almost English in feel. The malt character is not interesting enough to drive the beer as such, and there's very little hop character.
This is light bodied, mostly clean, and pretty drinkable. If you don't think about the beer too much, it's more enjoyable.
This has no outward brewing flaws - it's just boring and a little bit out of balance.

No bottling date but I'm assuming fresh.
A: Pours a clear red. Frothy, fizzy tall tan head.
S: Grassy aroma right off the bat with a little bit of graininess.
T: Grassy again and then lots and lots of butter. I just had their EIPA and it tastes basically the same, except this one is slightly less bitter and has no pine aspect. Very buttery.
M: Medium/light bodied.
O: A butter bomb, I tossed it after a few sips. Yuck.
