16oz can purchased at Rocket Market, high atop Spokane's South Hill. It's described on Untapped as:
"Double dry hopped hazy IPA.
Galaxy, Amarillo and CTZ hops.
A portion of sales from this beer will be donated to support the work of the Florence Immigrant & Refugee Rights Project."
Sadly, there won't be many more sales as Hello has closed up shop, due to the owner moving to Colorado. Perhaps Hello will be reestablished there. Incidentally, per the label, "this beer was canned in late May of 2021."
Poured into a 16oz glass of indescribable type, this was annopaque orangey yellow color, with a modest sized off-white head. Decent lace.
Very hoppy and fruit-forward nose. Whiffs of mango, pineapple and grapefruit, in pretty much that order. Mildly bready malt aroma way in the background.
Drinks like the nose. Sweetly fruit-forward up front, mildly acidic on the back end. Very much a NE hazy style IPA.
Mildly creamy and soft mouthfeel.
As NE hazies brewed in eastern Washington go, this is a nice one. I'm not always in the mood for hazies, but this is nice. Hello seemed to be playing the hazy game at a fairly high level from the get-go. They will be missed.
