The fourth iteration of our New England style IPA. This one is dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, galaxy, and Strata hops. Juicy!

The pour is pale, light yellow, and very hazy. Three quarters of an inch of fluffy foam holds for several minutes before collapsing to a thin blanket. Delicate Belgian lace clings to the mug.
West Coast aromas jump right out, with damp pine straw.
The flavor is similarly West Coast style, although the bitterness is fairly low. I detected no sweetness, just pine straw and grapefruit rind/pith. The finish is long and mild, with grapefruit and slight astringency. Warmth brings a distinct progression, ushering in garlic and removing the grapefruit.
This has a medium body and the texture of soft Jersey cotton. The carbonation is light and the alcohol is well below expectations.
For all the West Coast impressions, this one is still easy drinking and overall mild. enjoyed this beer out back during a heavy afternoon summer rain.
