On tap at Frequentem Brewing in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a golden amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like spicy hops, toasted malt, tea, lemon, and pine.
This is definitely more hop forward than a typical Cali Common, but that honestly works for me. There's a delicious tea-like and spicy bitterness here, very refreshing, with a nice clean and lightly sweet maltiness. It's toasty, a little bit caramel-like, with some great bready character.
This is light bodied, clean, and very crisp, with a very good drinkability.
Frequentem does some of the best lagers in WNY - I wish they had more than 1-2 taps at a time featuring them.
