A foamy white head reaches one and a half inches and lingers for several minutes before succumbing to its fate. A thin blanket coats the top of this gem clear, light gold beer (SRM 4-6). Each sip adds patchy lace to the sides of a Laura pilsner glass. Meanwhile, a few columns of fine carbonation decorate this session.
The aroma opens with honey and toasted malt against a subtle backdrop of freshly brewed tea. The combination is pleasant and mild.
The malt has a lightly toasted flavor, while the bitterness and sweetness are balanced. Honey, herbs, and bread fill the middle, before a long, mild finish.
This has a medium body and a creamy smooth texture. The alcohol is well below expectations. The carbonation is soft.
This beer is a pleasure to enjoy on a mild, early autumn afternoon out back.

This one pours a creamy looking golden brown color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like moderately sweet malt character, caramel, spiced breadiness, and some light hop character.
This is really fantastic, which is not surprising at all given how good this brewery is at lagers. It’s got this great rich, creamy, complex maltiness to it, with just the slightest hint of hop bitterness on the back end.
This is super drinkable, creamy and smooth. It goes down so easy.
I had a lot of versions of this style this season, and this is absolutely one of the best.
