Brewed in Collaboration with our friends at Mortalis. This all Nelson NZ Pils was dry hopped with Freestyle Hops SubZero Hop Kief for incredible hop flavor and aroma.

Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like white grape, slight grassiness, and some breadiness.

There’s a lot of juicy, exotic Nelson character in this one, with gooseberry, grape, and melon, with some light floral and grassy character, and a pleasant breadiness. The Nelson used in this one completely makes it unlike any pilsner I’ve had from Frequentem, in a both a good and bad way.

This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and pretty drinkable.

This is a little wild, but I enjoyed it.
