From the pint can, it pours a dark brown with reddish highlights near the bottom, with a nice light brown head that slowly reduces as you enjoy the brew. Nose gets roasted malts and some maple. The taste is similar, but very smooth and with a mild lingering roasted malt/maple flavor lingering after you swallow.

16 oz. can.

Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 3/4 inch tan head over a near black body with some lacing. Head dissipates down to a ring in more than a few minutes. Nose of dark, roasted malt and maple. Taste mirrors nose with the maple definitely present, but not too sweet. Nice feel and overall, an altogether pleasant experience!
Cheers to yet another fine Maple Stout from Vermont!
