Pours a large frothy foamy 1.5 finger head with moderate retention, mild lacing, semi hazy golden orange color
Nose sweet wheat, doughy, creamy banana, a little flowery rose water, lemon zest, star fruit, light phenol spices, touch of vanilla
Taste juicy creamy wheat, doughy but not cake batter like, citrus, lemon zest, Meyer lemon, tropical citrus note, creamy banana, little vanilla, light to med bitterness, dry finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, a bit creamy, med carb but low for the style
Overall pretty solid hefe, not as rich creamy and doughy cake batter like that I like, def on the lighter side all around, but decent

Can. Wicked fresh, but I hope these guys start putting date codes on. Cloudy canned grapefruit juice color with lasting small head. Light banana and medium clovey aroma with some bready wheat tang and minerals andmaybe even a touch of citrus. Medium light sweetness for style tangy with super clean finish. Medium light body enough carbo to keep it alive. Delicious.
