Our Thanksgiving inspired DIPA built from a base of pale malts and a small dash of honey malt for flair. We then conditioned this beer on raw clover honey from Merrimack Valley Apiaries in Billerica, MA and just the right amount of cranberry to tie everything together. We topped this beer off with the most ripe Citra and Mosaic hops from our hop freezer for added pizzazz.
Floral honey, red berry and smooth tropical notes beg for a second helping.

16oz can served in a tulip. ABV is 8% as stated on the can. Pours a dull, milky orange hue with a 1/8th inch bright white head embedded with ringlets and pinpricks. Head quickly dissipates towards the shoulders leaving a residual, soapy slick. Nose expresses notes of sweet citrus, followed by y an herbal quality. Taste is lovely - consistent with. Nose; however, there’s also a pleasant honey quality to the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is light-medium on body with a pleasant, even carbonation and a mild acidity that lingers at the back of the throat between quaffs. Overall, flavorful, complex and well-balanced.
