16oz. can served in my Spiegelau tulip. Pours one shade shy of black with a tight, quarter inch, mocha-colored head that quickly disperses towards the edges. Nose reveals cocoa, char molasses and ethanol. Taste reveals rich dark chocolate and vanilla. Mouthfeel is medium in body with a slight creaminess to the texture and a pleasant, even carbonation. Overall, a solid IS.
