Pours a dull orange hue with a murky clarity and a frothy, half-inch, bright white head that eventually disperses into a broken slick and dollops of foam. Great nose - a burst of soft tropical fruit notes (think mango and guava) hovers around the bowl of the glass. Taste consistent with nose, but amplified in the flavor profile. Finishes with just a kiss of biscuit malts at the far end. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a pleasant, even carbonation and a touch of oiliness to the texture. Overall, a really nice, well-crafted DIPA. I've really enjoyed everything put out by this brewery.
