Yet another beer I forgot that I had in the back of my fridge. It's from a trip out to Origin about 2 months ago so it's not super fresh, but I'm sure it'll still be alright. Origin has mostly impressed me so far, so let's see how they do with a big 10% IIPA

Pours a cloudy orange gold with 3 fingers of creamy off white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing

It's definitely juicy and fruity in the nose, but the booze and malt hold a decent amount of the weight as well. I'm picking up on aromas of tangerine, orange marmalade, biscuity malt, honey, gooseberry, floral hops, light booze, and apricot

In taste it is very similar, a big beer with big juicy hops. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting peach pit, orange marmalade, mango juice, gooseberry, biscuity malt, and light floral hops. The swallow brings notes of tangerine, burnt caramel, sweet booze, orange zest, apricot, honey, and light white pepper

A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a boozy and zesty beer. Finishes slightly sticky but a nice stone fruitiness keeps it from getting too sticky

It's nothing amazing, but it's certainly solid. I haven't had much worse from them (which is actually more of a complement), but I've definitely been more impressed by them before

12oz. Can served in a tulip. Pours a burnished orange hue with a tight, creamy, bright white head. Nose is somewhat subdued - hints of citrus and stone fruit. Taste is interesting, but hard to describe - some candied citrus and honey. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body (closer to light) with a pleasant, even carbonation. I’d never have guessed this was a Triple IPA - missing the big hop presence and malty profile is quite interesting. ABV is extremely well-hidden.

A - Opaque dark golden peach color with thin, dense lacing and no carbonation.

S - Earthy berry, citrus, peach, passion fruit,

T - Some vinous citrus, peach, passion fruit, tropical fruit, berry, and some slight acidity. Ends balanced (and boozy) with a slight nod towards the sweeter side. Has some slight spicy fruit rind.

M - Thick, full bodied, some sticky residue on the lips, semi-dry, and a small amount of alcohol permeating up through the sinuses.

O - This is a really nice Triple IPA.
