No can date
Pours a large foamy 2 finger head with great retention, fair lacing, hazy med orange-gold color
Nose is nice, floral hops and floral yeast phenol notes, fruity esters, plenty of citrus, orange, tangerine, orange creamscicle, little grapefruit and tropical notes, grainy cereal malt and doughy wheat, general tree fruit esters
Taste brings lots more citrus, orange cream, big orange cream and tangerine, little pithy, grapefruit, getting a touch spicy grassy and green from the hops later, tropical fruit notes, more cereal malt grain, doughy wheat and grist, touch of water softening chalk like, light floral phenols and fruity esters from the yeast but mostly overpowered by the hops, light bitterness, dry finish with med bitterness and spicy green hops
Mouth is med bod, very creamy soft, med frothy carb, low alcohol
Overall not bad, wish the hops were a bit more subdued so the yeast could shine more, yeast additions were nice though

16oz. can served in a Spiegelau ale glass. Pours a dull, milky orange with a tight, quarter inch, bright white head. Nose expresses citrus and herbal/medicinal notes. Taste follows nose with the additional of some herbal bitterness that brings up the finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a mild acidity and an assertive carbonation. Overall, interesting with a fair amount of complexity - somewhere between an American IPA and a Belgian IPA in my opinion.
