16oz can served in a willibecker. Pours a milky orange-yellow hue with a slight haze to the clarity and a fizzy, two inch, bright white head that sizzles and pops as it slowly recedes. Nose is subdued - perhaps note of grapefruit and a light, herbal quality towards the back. Taste consistent with nose, with the addition of just a kiss of tropical fruit across the middle with traces of pale malt and culminating in a lemony finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pillowy carbonation. Overall, delicate and easy drinking.
