500ml bottle served in my Bruery tulip. This beer is absolutely beautiful in the glass - two shades shy of black, opaque and a tight, half-inch, mocha-colored head embedded with pinpricks. Nose expresses a big hit of hazelnut and milk chocolate as well as a hint of alcohol at the back. Taste consistent with nose; however, a lovely roasted coffee quality forms the backbone of this beer with a touch of honey interlaced. Mouthfeel is medium-light in body with a mild, even carbonation and a slight oiliness to the texture. All and all, this is a lovely beer.
