No can date
Pours a very large foamy 3 finger head with moderate retention, soapy lacing, a bit rocky fade, hazy sediment filled pale color
Nose fair floral herbal hops, noble almost spicy hop, doughy pilsner malt, straw, cereal, a bit of corn, hint of lemongrass
Taste starts off with hops again, med bitterness, herbal floral hop flavor at first, a bit fruity as well, under that fair malt profile, grainy-sweet with some straw, a bit of dough, corn, soft lager, fairly dry finish, hops kick into another gear with big spicy hop bitterness lingering about where I expect for a good Czech pils
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med to a bit higher frothy carb
Overall pretty good, a bit heavy on the hops up front when I want more of the malt shining through, but finishes like a good Czech pils, malts are good when I can pick them up, a solid beer

Pours a pale yellow with a fluffy, bright white, three-finger head that sizzles and pops as it slowly recedes. Clarity has a slight haze to it. Nose is clean with lemony and floral notes. Taste follows nose with addition of a light breadiness at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant, crisp carbonation. Overall, a top notch Czech pils.
