16oz can served in a willibecker. Pours two shades shy of black with an opaque clarity and a luscious, four-finger, mocha-colored head embedded with ringlets and pinpricks - looks like a nitro pour from the can. Nose is reminiscent of Andes Thin Mints. Taste is thinner than anticipated by the nose, but not surprising, given the abv. Malt forward, albeit not robust, with the thin mint quality suggested at the back and lingering between quaffs. Mouthfeel is light in body with a carbonation that lends more to the body without being assertive. Overall, let me preface this by saying that I don’t generally love mint; however, this is interesting and complex given the abv. I think this would be very interesting on-cask.
