At its core this is a classic stout with characteristic touches of smoke and spice delivered by roasted malt and a silky, rich, full-body from flaked oats. The depth of malt flavour blends seamlessly into a hoppy high note which elevates this stout beyond your expectations.

330ml can. A dry and toasty English stout. Pours very dark brown, almost black, with a big, mocha-colour head. Some spotty lacing. Aroma is mainly coffee and toast. Charred coffee is the predominant flavour. Bittering hops add to the dry character. No hop flavour is evident. Body is light, clean and smooth. Low carbonation. Very pleasant.
