This easy-drinking lager is light, clean and crisp with just a hint of citrus hop aroma. Conditioned for six weeks at close to freezing temperatures this beer exhibits all the classic flavours of the style right down to the reassuring quasi-bread dough foundation of yeast and sweet malt.

330ml can.
L: Hazy, golden, with several streams of bubbles and a thin head that leaves arcs of lacing.
S: Light, clean, pale malt and hints of grassy hops.
T: Grass, bread, slightly sour, mild bitterness.
F: Light/medium body, some carbonation, leafy bitterness.
O: Dry-hopped pale lager. More character than your standard macro but not crisp enough for me.
