On tap at Faircraft Brauhaus in Fairport, NY.
This one pours a dark-ish black color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells primarily of roasted malt, with a bit of herbal character and some chocolate.
This is right in the brewery’s wheelhouse, and is done pretty well. There’s lots of roast, with a nice little touch of creamy sweetness, a touch of herbal bitterness, and a chocolatey finish.
This is medium bodied, maybe a little bit too thin, but very drinkable.
This is like most Faircraft beers, solid, no frills, unexciting, and tasty.
