Black with a solid light tan head; aromas of coffee and dark chocolate; carbonation is light, allowing the malt flavors to shine: dark chocolate and toasted dark bread with just enough bitterness to keep the beer from ending sweet.

On tap at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a dark brown-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells lightly chocolatey and somewhat roasty.
This is exceedingly watery and thin tasting – this is obviously a light style, but this goes nowhere interesting due to how light it is. It’s just watery, with not enough roast or chocolatey character.
This is drinkable, I guess, but mainly because there’s just very little to it.
I’ve liked some beers from Faircraft but this was not all that enjoyable.
