Zero-Hour is our take on the modern American Pale Ale. Lighter bodied than its classical counterparts, Zero Hour displays a hop-forward flavor and aroma more akin to a junior IPA. The subdued malt presence accentuates the fruity and piney character of the Amarillo and El Dorado hops. Named after the movie that inspired the classic American film ‘Airplane’, this beer does not pair well with the fish.
