This is our second iteration of our American Stout. We tweaked several aspects of the beer and increased the amount of flaked oats, crystal, and chocolate malts used in the recipe. This stout is aimed to be fuller in body with more notes of coffee and chocolate characteristics. Expect sweet aromas and smooth flavors.

pours black, with thick cream colored head. decent head retention. aroma is fairly roasty. taste is similar, coffee and dark cocoa flavors, on the drier side. medium bodied, fairly smooth.
