Found this at a restaurant in Isolo Italy.
Pours an amber color with a tall long lasting head and heavy lacing.
Smelled and tasted of rich , sweet, toasted malt with a mildly bitter finish.
Medium body and carbonation. Crisp mouthfeel.
Mild in comparison to American IPA’s. More of the bock or amber ale world than our East/West world. Was a nice change from the average lagers found here.
