Gravity Does Not Exist is a collab hazy DIPA brewed with our pals over at Liquid Gravity Brew Co. For GDNE we built a big, soft, hazy base with tons of malted oats and flaked wheat. We bombarded the whirlpool with Simcoe and followed that up, post fermentation, with a DDH of Simcoe, and a touch of Amarillo. The resultant beer is a fluffy Simcoe bomb with notes of passionfruit, honeysuckle, fresh cut grass and a touch of dankness.
