on tap at the brewery in October. brilliant smooth mouth feel. Crystal clear yellow. balanced but unique taste. nice carbonation. Very sessionable early in the day on Friday. Great beer from a bleeding edge brewer.

On tap at Blind Lady Ale House in San Diego.
The most knock-you-on-your-ass beautiful brew I’ve had in a long time. Nearly perfect…might be perfect next time I try this. Never heard of this brewery before this pour, so I hope they’re around for another sample. Definitely gonna do my research after I’m done here.
Light straw-yellow appearance, clear with tons of lacing. Nose is of pine resin, honeyed-biscuits, citrus rind. Flavors follow, but with added depth and balance. Orange-y, zesty, with a touch of coriander. Medium finish with little residuals between sips. Beer has fairly light, bubbly complexion for the style. Just wow.
