"100 Spires is a Czech pale lager, brewed at 12º plato in the Světlý Ležák style. Brewed with soft water, a devotion mash, pilsner malt base, + a restrained handful of specialty malts & Czech Saaz hops. It undergoes a long cold fermentation, extended lagering time, and is naturally carbonated in the tank. The resultant lager is is brilliantly gold, has a touch of sweet malt character, noble hop aroma, and opaque white foam."
