Triple Psychic is an elevated and AMP’d up version of our beloved double IPA Psychic Advisor. All the familiar notes of Psychic Advisor, turned up to 11 dude… Fermented to nearly 10% abv and hoppy as hell, this beer was hopped hot side with Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic & Citra hops. Once again we pried open our third eye and it told us to do a MEGA fucking dry hop. Of course, we drank the Kool-Aid and dumped in bags on bags of more Mosaic, Strata, Amarillo, & our old dank pal CTZ. The resulting beer has the same big notes of candied mandarins, lime leaf, pine resin, and clairvoyant thoughts (like its little brother) but adds in some sweet malt & heat from the extra ABV. A beer so insane & clairvoyant - we only brew this once per year.
