"Days Away is a hybrid between the classic west coast pale ale and the more rich and full bodied pale ale counterparts of the East. Days Aways’ grist is built with 2Row & Pilsner malts + wheat, and is fermented with our house classic west coast ale strain. Old standbys, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra hops, give this beer notes of high altitude pine forest, mandarin zest, and lychee."
