Its over. Lay down your sword and take the knee. Its the End Of The Age… Built singly, with a base solely of Pilsner malt, this double IPA is pale, light on the body, and focused on saturated hop oils, heavy resins, and bright citrus aromatics. The hot side hopping of E.O.T.A. is HEAVY with CTZ, Mosaic, Centennial, Comet & Talus all present. Post fermentation, the first dry hop of consisted of Mosaic, Centennial, and Comet. After that extraction, another dry hop of Talus and Amarillo was done to amplify the first. The finished beer portrays the perfect blend of citrus pith, pomelo, and lime zest, but is balanced by a dank hop oil saturation.

Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Affligem chalice. Tangy and malty with some sweetness on the lips. LIght bodied, though strong with alcohol. Fruity flavors of orange and mango with that dark, dank finish. Pleasant to sip with the sweet malt, peaches, and modest bitter tang. Overall this is a superior DIPA with loads of taste but restrained hop bitterness. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Not finding a date stamp.

Things exist, you know? As they are. As they will. And here we are with something that kind of is that to Raul. Ben Franklin? Homeboy did more than just exist. Samuel Clemons? Death and taxes, my boy. But this thang, this beer? No one will quote it, and I won’t remember it. Run of the mill and stuff, ya feel me?
