Gazing over a vast horizon of Green and Blue hues, Emerald Wandering is a FRESH West Coast Double IPA brewed with a lean base of strictly Pilsner malt, and hopped hot side with CTZ, Simcoe, Mosaic, & El Dorado. Post fermentation, through vibrant green synestesia, we dumped in bags of Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, and a touch of Nelson for good measure. The resultant beer has has a great blend of tropical fruit flavors and aromatics, paired with a strong backbone of dank citrus.

Poured from a 16oz can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Pours a clearer light, light amber with two fingers of frothy white foam head. The can I’m consuming says ‘brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic and Columbus Cryo’ so a little different than the description here but perhaps they do different hop combinations with this beer. Dank weed on the nose with pine and melon in the background. Taste leans a little more towards the melon and even citrus with a dry finish. Full mouthfeel. The malt backbone makes its presence felt in that department. Excellent DIPA. Very well balanced.
