Decadent malt accentuated with rich tones of toasty toffee and sweet caramel. Finished with delicate Northwest hops for a crushable ruby red finish. If anybody asks what you’re drinking, just repeat all that guff with the malt and toffee and the caramel. You’ll look like you know what you’re doing in life.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy amber in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of pale and toasted malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of caramel and toasted malts along with subtle hints of sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and has just enough in the way of underlying hops to prevent this from being overly sweet.

So apparently the dude Q from Impractical Jokers opened up a brewery? From their website it looks like they're focusing on traditional styles, which is always a welcome breath of fresh air. While I was in Staten Island I picked up this and their pilsner. Let's see if these can live up to the classics or if it's just all hype
Pours a cloudy orange brown with 2 fingers of light tan head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
The nose on this one is pretty run of the mill as far as amber ales go. I'm picking up on aromas of red malt, herbal hops, toasted bread, and a touch of caramel sweetness
It's really just more of the same in taste, with a more pronounced hop character in the finish. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting bready malt, light pepper, and toast. The swallow brings notes of herbal hops, doughy malt, pepper, and light caramel
A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a crisp and easy drinking beer. Finishes incredibly dry with a minimal sweetness
This is good and quite drinkable, but very average as far as amber ales go. I tend to prefer a little more sweetness in my ambers as well. Still, not bad for a 6 pack that was only $8
