Half pour in a goblet glass at the taproom. Served chilled.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Bubbly white head. Leaves behind short lacing strings.
Aroma of toasted malts and slight citrus hops.
Taste is also subtle, with flavors that have a toasted malt base and hops that are mildly citrus and floral. Aftertaste fades quickly.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean presentation with a crisp finish. Good carbonation.
Mild pale ale that hits the requisite spots.

Pours copper yellow with a mild fog to the translucency. Head is three fingers of dense white foam. Aroma is grass and citrus for hops and then bready and earthy malts. Bread malts are the more forward part of the malt profile. Flavor profile is led out by citrus and grassy hops, which have a modest potency, not dominating the taste. Bready and caramely malts add support and balance. Mouth feel is a little broken up. It's fuzzy at the onset, but breaks down to a sharp effervescence rather quickly. Overall, pretty solid.

On draft. Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of toasted caramel, orange, grapefruit and some pine. Sweet caramel taste with roasted malt and a citrusy finish. Mild bitterness.
