Pours a dark brown with some hints of burgundy. Head is two to three fingers of fluffy white foam. Aroma is spicy, bready, herbal, and mild citrus hops. Spicy notes really cut through the mix. Flavor profile leans back into spicy notes, with bready malts, and herbal, and mild grapefruit hops behind. Grapefruit hop note shows up more at the finish, adding some mild sweetness to the initial zesty taste. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a semi-crisp texture. Overall, a spicy IPA that combines zesty, spicy notes with plentiful hops.

Served in a 2023 AM membership glass from a 16oz can.

On draft. Poured a dark, dark amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left some sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of spicy rye, toasted caramel and roasted malt. Nice spicy rye bite with pine and sweet toffee & roasted malt.
