Pours a deep yellow with a nearly completely clear transparency, carrying just a slight haze to it. Head is two fingers of dense white foam with good retention. Aroma is Belgian yeast, grassy hops, biscuit and bready malts, and minor clove and cracker malts. As a whole, it's dry. Flavor profile is Belgian yeast and with it a little extra fruity sweetness. Grassy hops and minor herbal hops develop over biscuity and crackery malts for a dry finish. Minor clove throughout. As it warms up, apple juice starts to poke through. Mouth feel is crisp with a refreshing texture. Thickness is medium-thin. Overall, an easy drinking crisp beer with some novel notes separating from other easy drinking crispy beers.

On draft. Poured a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left little to no lacing on the glass. Smelled sweet with caramel, toffee and floral notes. Sweet bubblegum taste with caramel, toffee and a very mild bitterness.
