Pours a copper color with a clear transparency. Head is a finger of white foam. Aroma is dank, resin, grassy, herbal, orange zest and biscuity bread. Hops are forward, but still share some balance with the malts. Flavor profile is the same list of notes - dank, resin, grassy, herbal, orange zest, and grapefruit. Biscuity and bready malts add to the back. Late shift to malts keeps the hops from lingering creating a clean break. Mouth feel is medium with a clean, even texture. Overall, a clean and zesty IPA that allows all ingredients to shine - not just the hops.
