I tried a pint this beer off the tapper at Q39 restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas. It poured a hazy golden with thin white head that left a some lace. The scent had subtle citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with citrus hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Pours a dark orange with an opaque translucency. Head is three fingers of off-white foam. Aroma is orange and tangerine for tropical fruit hop notes, then banana and bready malts. It's mild, but leans towards sweet. Flavor profile is a little more tropical fruit dense, hitting orange, tangerine, and guava along the way. Banana shows up, this time with very mild bubblegum behind. Bready and nutty malts underneath. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture features a mild silt throughout, but is particularly notable at the start. Overall, it's pretty mild as far as NE IPAs go, but still ticks some good characteristics along the way.
