This beer is a classic Märzen. Warm amber color with notes of toffee and toast. Perfect for the change of season with a crisp, clean finish.

Pours an amber copper with a clear transparency. Head is two fingers of off-white foam. Aroma is nutty, bready, and caramely malts with a sprig of grassy hops on top. Flavor profile is back to firm malts, hitting nutty, bready, and caramely malts. Grassy hops and a little fig add some extra depth. Both fig and caramel expand a bit more as the beer warms. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture has a soft bite on the back with soft effervescence that carries a little extra grit that shows up sporadically. Overall, easy drinking with a firm malty backbone.
