A nice pub and separate bottle store in the safe and nice small downtown. Organized, 12 taps on in the main place. Bottle store also has other cans from locals for sale. Beers I tried were made for drinkability, not outstanding.

Nice new craft brewery located in the WIncey Mills building in Paris Ontario. Very popular place and not always easy to get seating. Have taken out food several times - always satisfactory, never awesome. Their beer offerings tend to lean towards traditional German styles which have all been solid. Highly recommend the Pilsner, and the fresh hops brews in late summer and early fall. They own their own hop farm only a few kilometers from the brewery. WIll be interesting to see how they evolve their offering over time.
