Appearance:
Clear, straw gold, minimal head retention and lacing
Aroma:
Clean crisp crackery malts, subtle citrus, herbs and floral notes from hops
Flavor:
Clean, crisp and light on the palate, almost a Munich Helles but still has the dryness and hop bite of a GP
Mouthfeel:
Light and refreshing , CO2 is spot on. No roughness or weirdness.
Overall:
A clean, crisp and very thirst-quenching German style Pils on the light side. Clean as a whistle and hits the spot on this 100°F+ day in Edmond, USA.
