Appearance:
Mostly golden with slight amber leanings, clear and minimal head and lacing
Aroma:
Clean, light sweet pilsner malts, a hint of toasted bread and honey and floral, grassy noble hops
Flavor:
Tastes like it smells with a dry, crisp and quaffable finish. Moderate and balancing bitterness.
Mouthfeel:
Light to Medium bodied, a heavy Helles for sure but just as "smooth" an a Märzen.
Overall:
Technically accurate Bavarian Festbier from what I know. Tasty and worthy.
