Our take on the Belgian-style wheat beer is bright and refreshing in flavor with a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel that’s so satisfying, you won’t believe it’s non-alcoholic.

With notes of lemon peel, cardamom, and coriander, we’ve created one of our most delicious beers yet.

A: very slight haze with some floaters; deep gold in color; a 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a wispy cap with a thick white collar; sheets of lace;

S: very mild lemon;

T: mostly coriander from start to finish; mild to moderate bitterness throughout - more than most wits;

M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;

O: not very interesting;

Gold in color with a light haziness. There’s a fingernail of dishwater white on top. There’s a fair amount of coriander and a bit of lemon peel in the nose. I taste coriander at the front of the palate and lemon peel at the back. The mouth is moderately carbonated and crisp.

Looks great, unfiltered as all get up. The smell is a very husky Belgian malt scent with just a kiss of that added citrus. Very easy to drink, but with thick Belgian yeast flavor. Unfortunately along with that is a musty synthetic taste that I can only describe as what a beer scented candle would taste like.
