Apex is a great, small craft brewery with a very friendly and creative team. They usually have 8 beers on tap, favoring IPAs and Dark with one or two lagers and new ones always brewing. The hard seltzer is refreshing with many flavor options. Rachel and Dave are super friendly and chill and run different fun events. There is live music on weekends. You can chat with anyone as it’s an open and inclusive vibe. The membership deal is awesome.

This is a small brewery located just southwest of downtown Monroe, New York. The tasting room is located adjacent to the brewing area. There is also outdoor seating. It's a pleasant seating area. The patrons are mostly local. The servers are very nice and I was able to discuss the beers with the owner/brewer. It's one of the best brewery experiences I've had. The beer itself is more than satisfactory. This is a brewery I will visit again.

Small brewery in nondescript metal industrial building on the main drag
on the west side of town. Small L-shaped bar to the right of the entrance seats about a dozen with a few table opposite the bar and an outdoor area alongside the building with some picnic tables. 8 to 10 beers on tap, I had the Low Block which was fine. Friendly service and a food truck.

Brand new spot, they have been open for a few months....
Mid sized room with high ceilings, that houses the brewery, a small bar and a few tables. Micro brewery all the way.
Friendly guy behind the bar (one of the brewers).
A range of styles available, NEIPA, saison, stout, pale ale...I enjoyed a few samples, a few 4 ounce tasters and went home with a crowler. All the beers were well crafted and pretty darn tasty...great to have more local high quality breweries continuing to open, even under the toughest of circumstances....worth a visit if in the area.
